Mega Agent à 107 Promanade
Kirkor Ajderhanyan, originally from Istanbul, Turkey, and of Armenian heritage, began his career in the family construction and real estate development business at 20. In 1978, the family relocated to Nice, France, where he continued his work until founding 107 Promenade International Real Estate Agency with his wife, Karine, in 1999. The agency is now a leader in seafront and luxury properties across the French Riviera and globally through select partnerships.
Their children, Teni and Garen, joined the family business, with Garen establishing Keller Williams Massena Market Center in 2018, now a regional leader with 80 agents. Kirkor and Teni became the first KW Mega Agents in France, with Kirkor as the first KW Agent in the country and Teni as the first female KW Agent.
A member of the French National Real Estate Association (FNAIM) since 1999, Kirkor holds designations such as Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Transnational Referral Certified (TRC). He led the establishment of FNAIM’s International Relations Department and created the Global Real Estate Think Tank. From 2010 to 2016, he served as President of the FIABCI World Council of Brokers, later becoming FIABCI World President in 2016-17.
A sought-after speaker and global industry leader, Kirkor is recognized for fostering international alliances and advancing real estate practices. His guiding philosophy: “Think global, act local—together we build a better world.”
